How you Work with Us

Call us. Talk to the person you feel has the expertise you need most. Have your spouse or former spouse take a look at the website and call us too. You may fill out the intake form or you may not want to send personal information before you have made your decision to start mediation with us.

We ask that our clients pay a small retainer up front and then pay as you use our time. Different members of the group bill at different hourly rates. We do bill for the time we are writing up the work accomplished in each session. This helps keep all of us focused. It also allows you to take the information to outside professionals for consultation---your attorney, or your accountant, or a child's therapist. It is very important that each person involved in the process feels that they have competently represented their own point of view and gathered the expert advice they need to do so.

One difference with our practice is that we can move as quickly, schedule meetings as often, as you feel necessary. We can quickly access the other professionals in our group if you would like us to do so. We offer both day and evening, and even weekend, appointments. Naturally, we can work with you on disputes which arise after the divorce (post-decree) as well.
